ReelAI is the intelligence layer of fishing.digital. Editorial tells you what happened. ReelAI tells you what to do about it — reasoning over our weekly reports from 41 markets, plus live NOAA forecasts, tide predictions and USGS water data.
Ask it anything about where, when and how to fish. Every answer cites the reports it came from, shows how fresh they are, and tells you how confident it is. When the evidence isn’t there, it says so instead of guessing.

Regulations and marine safety information are summaries only; always confirm with the responsible authority before you fish.
ReelAI Trip Report
Most fishing sites publish one report for everyone. This one builds a briefing for your trip — your water, your date, your boat or your boots, your target species and the tackle you actually own.
You’ll get an executive summary, current conditions with sources, which species are active and why, where to start, how to work it, your best two-hour window, and the regulations you need to confirm before you keep a fish.

A briefing for your trip, not a report for everyone.

How ReelAI works
ReelAI reasons over five layers: the fishing.digital report corpus, live conditions from NOAA and USGS, location intelligence for each market, a reasoning engine that explains what changed and why, and an evidence layer that classifies every claim.
That last layer matters most. ReelAI labels what it tells you as verified recent activity (a dated report says it happened), historical productivity (past coverage says this place produces now), or ReelAI inference (reasoning from conditions and fish behavior). It will never dress up a guess as an observation, and it will never guarantee you a fish.
For regulations, seasons, closures and marine safety, ReelAI points you at the responsible agency with the date — because those rules change without notice and no AI should be the last word on what you’re allowed to keep.
Help it get smarter
ReelAI improves when our coverage improves, and our coverage improves when anglers contribute. If you fished this week, send us a report — it becomes part of what ReelAI reasons over.
And if an answer is wrong or thin, use the thumbs-down. Every flagged answer gets reviewed, and the gaps become next week’s coverage.
